Welcome to Sober Bubble!
Supporting sobriety & daily wellness through experience.
Our founder, Darren G. Taylor, author of ‘Finding Your Sober Bubble’, certified Life Coach and self-confessed binge drinker, has experienced an eclectic reality of life. With many highs and lows, and having kicked alcohol into touch he now brings this experience together with a clear objective:
‘To encourage and help those wanting to ditch alcohol for sobriety, by creating a support network with tools & techniques to improve our daily wellness’.
Sobriety is not just cutting out alcohol or substance abuse, it’s a way of life. That is why, ‘The Uni of everyday Life’ offers all the tools you need to find your very own sober bubble and contentment.
Here you will find helpful downloads, top tips, regular blogs, useful contacts, ideas for drinks and many other resources to help achieve your goals.
We should accept that people do make their own mistakes, but with core values, determination, hope and humour we can get back on track.
Wishing you every success… Darren
